Huge Bento box. Substituted items for me

The lady behind the counter is vegetarian (maybe vegan? English is her second language.) But when I told her I didn't want animal , she took the veggie rolls out f my order (which possibly have pollack in them) and gave me avocado cucumber rolls instead.
I didn't want pineapple, so she subbed in fresh edamame.

Pros: Clean, quiet. Friendly honest service

Cons: The veg dumplings tasted suspiciously like pork.
