Great spot for juice, smoothies, or smoothie bowls. The food was really tasty as well. Everything is really fresh and well prepared. I left feeling full of wellness and eager to go back for more.

Wonderful Spot for Breakfast, Lunch, and Snacks - Edit
I was in town for a weekend, ate here for lunch three days in a row, and was never disappointed. I had a different sandwich every day and all were tasty and filling. I had the fruit cup as a side on two of the days and it's such a great portion and variety of fruit. The rest of the menu looked great, and if I lived in the area, I'd be a regular for sure.

Having headed out early, we needed breakfast and happened along J B’s. Upon entering, we were greeted and had a few questions, which were readily answered. We are 4 months new to our plant based lifestyle so we are still learning. They were so patient and answered our “plethora” of questions. We both ordered “The Jake bowl” and got the original size.

Price-price point is “in the pocket.” There are two sizes: Regular and mini. The price isn’t that different so we got the Regular and we were full. This particular bowl is probably more filling than some of the other bowls due to the ingredients and high protein.
Customer service-the staff was great and so helpful with our questions.
I encourage anyone to stop by. They have breakfast, coffee, lunch, smoothies and dessert items. Quite a nice selection of gluten free, plant based, vegan option’s. We need more of these places. They did let us know that they are opening another location in Wildwood, MO. Thank you for such a nice experience!
