Complex Flavours and Textures - Edit
Super food. I had the 'fish', scotch bonnet and rice. The texture and flavour of each was unique but worked well together.

So, so good - Edit
Great menu of Caribbean food. I had the Caribbean 'chicken' which came with garlic mash, beans and the most delicious cabbage I have ever had by miles. Fantastic cocktails too. Lovely atmosphere and staff.

Really great food, portions could be bigger - Edit
On a lot of things jam delish delivers exactly as you would hope. Great flavors, interesting dishes on the menu, and a cool atmosphere. Chicken skewers were phenomenal!
Read moreTwo misses that would make this into more a 4.5 if I had the option, is that the portions feel just on the small side(with exception of the dessert which was huge!). Also I recommend you to skip the mango salad completely, it was flavorless and disappointing

Perfect! - Edit
One of my favorite restaurants in London. The chick*n skewers were my favorite, but everything we ordered was super flavorful. The environment is also really nice, a little more fancy than usual vegan restaurants. If you like Caribbean food, you have to try it!

Jam Delish - Edit
We had to wait about 20 mins after our booking time to be seating which was slightly annoying but the service was brill and food was delicious. Wish we’d had time to try a dessert.

Caribbean soulfood - Edit
There is a lot to choose on the menu. I had fried ‘chicken’ with Jamacian gravy with seasonal greens and bbq jerk plantain fries as a side dish. It all tasted very good. And banana cake as dessert. Nice vibe in the restaurant and friendly staff.

What an interesting place. We passed by two times, because first our reservation didnt go through so make sure to check.
Read moreWith the tinted windows it seems like it was closed. Also indoors it gives a bit of a weird vibe, on this sunny day it seemed like it was going to rain. The interior is fancy I suppose but not fully with a messy bar piece in the middle of the room and messy open cupboards.
The man at the door who checks the booking was not friendly at all. Luckily the other staff were okay.
We had 2 smalls and large plates. Namely the eggplant and the fish tacos. Followed by the oxtail and goat dish. We ordered the seasonal greens on the side, which was an amazing delicate cabage and okra dish. The names are not appealing but the dishes make up for that.
All dishes were very tasty. Flavour texture and presentation were on point. Some dishes had quite some spice, but never overpowering. Only the eggplant small dish was not fully cooked and a bit chewy but the toppics compensated for that. The size of the dishes were ideal, maybe even on the large side.
Would order all of these again and looking forward to try more dishes on the menu.

Lives up to its name! - Edit
Overall, we enjoyed our meal here. They were out of the 'goats' curry, so I ordered the fried chicken with mashed potatoes and confit cabbage. We also ordered the callaloo fritters with rice and jerk 'fish'. Dessert was mini doughnuts with Guinness chocolate sauce. I didn't like these as much as the whole-wheat used made them quite dense.
Read moreBut yes, the food was delish. I would have liked a less heavy texture with the chicken and a thicker gravy, but otherwise it was enjoyable. The callaloo fritters could have used more seasoning. I found the prices steep for the main dishes, but the whole menu is quite interesting and a refreshing take on Jamaican food that you normally don't find. 4.5

Wow, wow, wow - Edit
This was absolutely revolutionary. Incredibly delicious and flavourful food. We did the early bird menu and got 2 courses each, sharing a starter and a dessert. We got the pork belly tacos, fried chicken, goat curry and carnivals and it was so delicious. We also got a drink each and the bill still came out as less than £70 after tips! It was the best meal we had in London hands down. You must try it! We had a reservation and it was so busy you definitely need one!

Lovely Birthday Treat - Edit
I went here for my birthday. I was advised booking. We had an early booking at 6pm on a Weds but by the time we left the whole restaurant was packed. Very promising for a Weds in February!
Read moreThe food was really nice. I had the oxtail stew and my friend had the curry goat. I would have loved to have seen some ackee or breadfruit on the menu too and a hot drinks list would have been nice.

I wanted to try everything on the menu - it all sounded so good! The grilled roti and sauces was amazing, I absolutely loved the jerk butter sauce. The codfish was outstanding and the curry goat was so moreish. I can’t wait to come back again to try more of the menu!

Great vegan restaurant - Edit
It’s a lovely restaurant with a nice vibe. The food was on the expensive side but also quite yummy. So I feel it was worth it.

Cocktails also on point
The staff did seem to have a bit of a fixation on the table needing to be available again after 2 hours - understandable but might be an idea to mention when there’s half an hour left rather than making it a stress point before we sat down

Rare cuisine option for vegans - service needs improvement. - Edit
Really pleased this restaurant exists. Great cuisine and some rare dishes for vegans. We had the goat curry and jerk chicken mains, all very good.
Read moreReturned a couple of times in late 2023 and as a result I reduced my rating from 5 to 4 stars. The cuisine carries this place. Two areas of improvement:
1. The service is a little slow, the staff seemed a bit detached/unfriendly.
2. Personally, I think the flavours lack a degree of depth.
But this place serves a unique niche and I will continue to visit.

Wonderful culinary experience - Edit
I had high hopes for this place based on the menu and it did not let me down. We got the codfish, the goat curry, and the jerk chicken skewers - all so well done! The codfish had a lovely fishy taste, the "goat" in the curry was tender and the curry itself was great, and the jerk chicken (potentially the favorite of the three) was delicious and came with a really tasty pomegranate green salsa. We also got the roti on the side which was fine, but nothing special.

Vegan carribean cuisine - Edit
Everyone is raving about their vegan chicken skewers so we were excited to try them... Unfortunately they didn't have any left when we ordered so we were a bit disappointed. Victim of their own success maybe?
Read moreThe waiting time was too long as well. I really think they were promoted by too many vegan influencers at the same time, and as a result they struggled to keep up with the demand. We even had our booking delayed because they were too busy in the kitchen!
It's an independent family-owned business, bringing traditional Caribbean recipes to a modern vegan cuisine. Their potential is huge but some improvements are yet to be made. Otherwise, the food we ordered was very tasty.

Read moreDiscovered they had opened this restaurant in Angel.
Oh my.
I had the "oxtail" Stew. It was so good if I wasn't so full I would have ordered it again.
Gluten Free options to choose from as well.
We asked if they are bringing out a cookbook because I want to pre-order it now.
Pros: The food was amazing., Staff were lovely.
Cons: A bit expensive.
