Thank god I found this place from memory, as I couldn’t find it on the happy cow app for some reason, so hope this helps boost it. This is the most generous, healthy, satisfying, cheap vegan food I’ve had the pleasure of having and everyone needs to experience this hidden gem!

Delicious food, everything labeled vegan or veggie. Only a couple of things weren’t vegan. £12.95 for unlimited food, very good value. Will go again. Would rate 5 stars but only for that for fully vegan places!

I visited this place a lot around 2010 and returned recently for visit. I actually found it was better than I remembered. All the food on the buffet was hot and there was a good selection. They are now much better at labeling what's vegan on the buffet, though the fried bits were still a little bit of a mystery. Don't skip the salad bar either, the dishes involving cabbage are really good.

The food is really nice and it’s all you can eat, so that’s good. However, I can’t help but notice the hypocrisy of the place being plastered with animal rights/health messages, and also serving dairy. Three dishes contained dairy, and the labelling wasn’t totally clear, so that’s really something that could be improved.

love the way the interior is made up of posters of slogans & informatives about veganism and vegetarnism and they are a must read.

It’s the only place I’ve given 5 stars to that’s not 100% vegan and this is because it’s a totally pioneering restaurant that has been there for 40 years.
Homeless people eat for free now that’s an amazing thing, a truly amazing thing.

This is place to get relatively cheap food, (for London I think). It is buffet so you can eat as much as you want. Nearly all the food is vegan and it is clearly labelled. You can bring your own drinks but they have some there too. There is no table service and you pay at the end. The decor is pretty interesting and funny. It is quite cramped so those with mobility issues or use a wheel chair may struggled, part of the seating is down some stairs.

I loved being in a place that isn't just vegetarian/vegan to be trendy. The walls are covered with information about vegetarianism and the environment and beauty of vegetables. They also feed homeless people for free every day of the week. I think what they're doing is incredible and I'm really happy this place exists.

Seriously the best food ever. Right off the Angel stop, this Indian restaurant is ALWAYS a buffet, all vegetarian, labels everything with vegan/veg and encourages you to bring your own alcohol for free. Super cheap (less than 9£) for a solid meal. They also give free meals to the homeless daily. Check it out
