Wow, these guys are amazing! Who would have thought a beet and squash empanada with Swiss chard would be the highlight of a meal? Then the chorizo, the egg, the churros… all so, so good! Amazing!!

Lovely place and great service. The nachos were good but I wish I hadn’t ordered the mole enchiladas. The mole sauce didn’t have a nice flavour and the jackfruit was bland. My boyfriend’s burrito was nice so I think I was just unfortunate with what I ordered. Wish I could go back and try something else.

This restaurant is so cute! Options to sit inside and outside with great ambiance. The menu had many interesting options so it was hard to choose. I ordered the Brunch Tacos and it was probably not the best choice for me personally since it was spicy and very messy to eat. But it was quite tasty and flavorful with an interesting combination of many different elements. The portion was small, only two tacos, so I still had plenty of room for dessert. We ordered two pies to share: Choco Picante, which was good but not sweet enough for my taste, and Raspberry Passion, which was absolutely delicious! By far my favorite part of the meal. Fruity and refreshing, loved it! I would come back to try other dishes since I wasn't crazy about the one I ordered. But it was a great experience anyway. It is not a cheap restaurant but the prices are fair for what you get.

We had a fantastic Mexican #vegan meal. Best Mexican vegan restaurant that I have been in. And they have 3 locations in NYC. One inside of Whole Foods. @jajajamexicana We went to the one on east Broadway. We had tamales. Tacos. Gorditas. Elotes con queso. Churros. Horchata. Micheladas. Definitely recommended

Probably my favourite place in New York City now that Candle 79 is closed. We ate a LOT when we were here, and all of it was good. I only managed to get a (blurry) photo of the churros, so I guess the cocktails were good, too!!

We had so much fun sitting on the outdoor patio drinking margaritas and eating the fabulous nachos. We also split an empanada which had very flaky crust that I haven’t seen in the vegan world often. They know what they are doing with texture. The cheese and sauce combination in the nachos really put them over the edge. The staff was helpful and friendly, answering all our ingredient questions and telling us about the restaurant. Fun and easy.
