Good vegan Mediterranean options

I recommend trying Jafar's out. It's a nice gem in downtown Van Alstyne. I ordered the falafel pita wrap and a side Greek salad to go, and they were delicious. I asked them not to put cheese on the Greek salad to veganize it, and the salad dressing was vegan. The pita bread itself is also vegan.
