Great authentic place with a playful spin on it. I came right as it was supposed to open and the place was already packed. Since I was by myself I did get the most uncomfortable place in the house to sit.

For vegan, you should mention no eggs/cheese on top of the order.
The owner is very funny and cheerful. Cheap drinks (self service).

They offer a special vegetarian/vegan menu and still they are willing to change the order to make it vegetarian/vegan.

There isn't a specific veggie or vegan menu but they are willing to adapt anything on the menu to be suitable just write it on the slip of paper you're given and also mention it to the chef/host when you order. I'm a veggie and he put together an authentic vegetarian okonomiyaki with a vegetable topping that was delicious. The vibe of the restaurant is very fun though a bit loud and busy (it's quite a small space) the owner is very charismatic and friendly and the tables are authentic style where you sit on the floor we loved this.

I visited. Host was very very nice, but explained they have no vegan options. Said they do vegetarian, but they were out of those for the day
