Had the waffles - amazing! And the Oreo Smoothie. Others had tacos and enchiladas with jackfruit filling. Super good, super friendly! Only caution: popular place and took a while for the food to come up. But worth the wait! We will be back.

So happy to have found this restaurant on Happy Cow. The food was as lovely as the owner. We are visiting from Canada and so thankful to find a vegan place to eat. We had the waffles and a green juice…so delicious. We will be going back for lunch while we are here.

They have four different veg fillings that you can choose from in your main or salad. We like them all. I had a faux chorizo and potato burrito with a good balance of cooked and fresh veggies. It came with yam fries. My husband had crispy tacos - one with tofu and the other had a mix of peppers, corn and beans. He also had a small veggie bowl with jackfruit.

Read moreThe size of the food is too small, I would need 15 tacos in ordered to get satisfied. Service is slow and the food is tasteless. It is quiet hot inside since they don’t put the AC on and it is not enough with the fans.

We loved our two orders. The Burger was delicious, but the burger squished about and out of the bun. All they would have to do to make it perfect is to improve the burger. The "omelet" was the best. Tasted great and the wrap added a hash brown flavor. We will be back!

This was quite the experience for us. We were at this location one year ago and it was organi-k which we loved and visited multiple times. We were expecting the same quality after a great recommendation from the lady we rent our home from, but we were really let down. My dad ordered a quesadilla with chorizo. They gave him a quesadilla, no vegan cheese, no chorizo, just some kind of potato patty inside. Looked very dry. Peanut butter cocoa smoothie is great. We had a hard time communicating as no one spoke even one word in English. The ambiance has definitely changed. Not as warm and welcoming as we woulda hoped as it used to be. I had the yuca bowl and there was no sauce. Just dry vegetables. Not what I was expecting either. Also had the chocolate drink cold and the ginger shot. Was delicious.

Super tasty and healthy vegan Mexican food. Very authentic and flavourful. We had the tacos, quesadillas and enfrijoladas - all delicious. The jackfruit tacos were a highlight. The portion sizes are quite small so we ordered a lot! That said it was fairly inexpensive - 190 pesos for two people for a very filling lunch. Staff only speak Spanish.

We purposely sought out this restaurant as we were looking for vegan food in Bucerias and we were absolutely delighted with this find. We ate at Ixi’im Vegano twice and would have eaten there more if we had more time. The food was delicious and very affordable. Tisha was very friendly and explained all the food options to us as well as some history. We would highly recommend seeking out this establishment!!
