Good options - Edit
I only ever order the same thing, veggie gyoza udon. Great every time. I do wished they had more vegan hot options that didn’t have coconut in them but it’s still a pretty good menu.

Great selection of vegan food - Edit
There’s a great selection of vegan food & the staff are very friendly. It’s a shame the combo option has a vegan main, but no vegan side to add. Definitely recommend if you fancy something fresh & green on the go 🙂

Staff were really friendly, and I like that Itsu is getting into the dining experience. Kinda comes across as a worse yo-sushi though. Instead of using a QR code there is a kiosk system, and instead of a conveyor belt, you go and collect it yourself. The kiosk had the wrong descriptions, so to get the vegan sushi platter you had to order the picture of it that said something different. If you had ordered it by name you would have gotten some kind of salmon thing. Not great. Food was really fast, and the staff at collection point were lovely, and even offered to help carry my trays! Food itself was okay. Decent value, but a little bit overpowering at times. Lots of ginger, and coriander that knock your head off a bit. All in all a decent experience, that was enhanced only by the lovely staff.
