Fresh and tasty

I ordered the salad with veggie balls. The vegetables were fresh, the balls were tasty (made from Beyond meat or a similar brand, the sauce delicious and the service fast and efficient. My only caveat is that I expected the salad to be more of a... well, salad! The vegetables were more of a topping on a bowl of whole grain rice. While delicious, a dish defined as "salad" should be made of mostly vegetables.
