During my visit the only available vegan option was hummus with bread. I love hummus but was expecting more vegan dishes to choose from.

I got to meet the chef as well as the owner and they are wonderful people!
The restaurant is located at the basement level of the plaza
They have excellent vegan dessert as well
One of my favorite things is that they make their cappuccinos with oatmeal milk it's so creamy and delicious and yet vegan and healthy
Pros: quiet atmosphere, fresh food, fabulous staff
Cons: The credit machine sometimes doesn't work

Bad by most standards, maybe decent by Yerevan standards. - Edit
The spinach & strawberry smoothie had ( almost?) no spinach inside as it was completely pink. Moreover, the ingredients on the menu was wrong. e.g. there was cheese in my sandwhich but on the menu it didnt show any cheese.. what the heck?

Cute restaurant, but food a bit dry - Edit
I was a little bit disappointed by Ingredient. While I was glad to find a vegetarian-friendly restaurant in Yerevan, I found the food to be a little bit dry and lacking in flavour. They didn’t seem to be clear on which things were vegan and the prices didn’t match on the English and Russian menus. That said: the cakes were tasty, the stuff was friendly, and the atmosphere pleasant. All in all, not too bad

wonderful vegan-friendly restaurant in the middle of Yerevan - Edit
As a vegan travelling in the Caucasus, I was delighted to find this modern and friendly restaurant which while not vegan, in fact not even vegetarian, has many great vegan dishes. I was in Yerevan for a week, and while I was surprised that it was generally quite easy to get by as a vegan in Armenia, this place excels in the quality of its cuisine. The owner and her staff are extremely friendly and all her dishes are beautifully presented. Highly recommended!!
