Finally a great vegan meal in Cancun

Indochine restaurant is on the property of Nizuc resort but is open to anyone if you make reservations. I was so happy to finally get a meal that was not swimming in oil and had beautifully prepared vegetables. The vegan sushi was amazing. And compared to an American equivalent meal it was not expensive at all, Maybe $80 for drinks,appetizers and main course.
It is by far the best vegan meal I’ve had since coming here, bless their heart they try to accommodate vegans but much of the food is swimming in oil—-which was not the case at Indochine. And such a gorgeous atmosphere looking out over the water, you can sit on the beautiful patio or inside.
