Flavourful vegan pakoris dish - Edit
Enjoyed 2 vegan dishes with rice while waiting for a boat. Number 1 was the well seasoned vegetable manchurian: vegetable pakoris tossed in soy, chili & ginger. Number 2 was the less tasty but still pleasant lilva & tomato shaak: green pigeon peas, capsicum, eggplant, tomato & potato tossed in tomato gravy. Didn’t see any other clearly labelled vegan options in my quick look around the place.

Went to Indigo for lunch and got the Bhatkali Vege Biryani, it was ample in portion size and the range of veggies included were great.
Read moreI asked for spicy however the dish was a bit mild for me, but a small critique being that they had great flavours and I kept eating well after I was full!
They also have a fabulous cocktail range and the mango daiquiri was delicious.
The vegan options are clearly marked on the menu - however some dishes can be made vegan upon request as well.
Staff are friendly and attentive, and the views of the water and palm trees make for a pleasant experience.

Vegan options are labelled but a couple of vegetarian options were also made vegan for us (schezwan and chow mein). The staff taking orders don’t entirely understand vegan when we need to clarify things (such as the bread, rice, the above mentioned veggie options) but were able to check with the kitchen.
Pros: Great flavours, Nice service , Quick
Cons: 8 vegetarian specials and none were vegan

Lovely Indian restaurant in Denarau down by the water. Staff are really friendly also. Food was excellent, such good quality and so fresh! Lots of vegan choices too which are marked on the menu.

If you are staying at denaru island I would highly recommend visiting this place. Prices are reasonable and a lot cheaper than at the hotels. The curries were yum and we checked that the tandoor roti was vegan.

(VG) is marked clearly on the menu and vegetable manchurian that I got is absolutely a 10/10 - my Omni partner said he would order that . Lovely quiet place with good views. Well priced for Fiji

I've been here several times over the years and not been disappointed. The Dahl was fantastic as were the various vegan appetizers. A vegan dessert option would be good.
