Vegetarian Indian Buffet Paradise

When I was vegetarian, Tadka (the Indian half of Inchin Bamboo Garden) was my favorite place for Indian food, hands down. They offer lunch buffet all week, but on the weekends it's even better, due to more options, a salad station, and a live dosa counter. The cost is higher on the weekends. This past November I visited when they were celebrating Diwali, and let me say it was spectacular! EVEN MORE DELICIOUS FOOD OPTIONS ❤️ The cost was $20 per person due to the holiday, but absolutely worth it.

Online reviews for Tadka are not the greatest, but in the years I've been going there, I personally have not experienced anything but excellent service and fantastic food. I've checked out other area buffets, but none hold a candle to Tadka.

I haven't visited since becoming vegan, so I'm not sure how much will change on my plate besides the obvious no paneer and probably no naan (😭 they have the best naan).

Pros: Best vegetarian Indian buffet, Weekends have expanded buffet

Cons: A little higher cost than other restaurants

Dinner with wraps and soup

I ordered the Lettuce Wraps as an appetizer. They were excellent in taste and texture. They were also spicy.

My entree was the Vegetable Coins (rice included). The coins themselves were soft and savory. They were mixed in with a sauce of choice, and a few veggies. Service was good and food was great too!
