a good katsu curry - Edit
I got the vegetable katsu curry and a drink for 260 TWD, which is not the cheapest but not too expensive. The curry was delicious but I wish the portions were bigger for the price.

Simple but tasty noodles - Edit
A little expensive for a basic bowl of noodles and side dishes, but it is a great option if you're in the Eslite food court. (Maybe the only vegan option in the food court?) A simple menu but the food is all fresh, filling and tasty! They offer hot and cold varieties of noodles, noodle soups, rice and curry, veggie side dishes, and fried snacks.

A Vegan Japanese Noodle Restaurant - Edit
At this Japanese restaurant, you can choose prepared cold dishes from a display and a variety of broth options to have with your udon, made right in front of you in their open kitchen. You can order a set meal or a la carte. All are vegan, made of high quality ingredients, the staff are friendly and helpful, and their seating area at the edge of a basement food court is tidy and clean.

Cons: Basement location right next to a food court
