AMAZING VEGAN OPTIONS - Edit
We stopped by the food truck and was guided to the new location. It's in the same parking lot as the food truck but in a building. A little small but cute. The owners were super sweet and kind! We ordered the BBQ cauliflower wrap and BBQ jackfruit sandwich with the pineapple lemonade 🤤 Everything was beautiful 😍 and DELICIOUS 😋 we will definitely be making that a regular stop!! Oh and the gave us a sample of the lentil loaf I think it was called.. delicious as well! Every bite was heavenly 💖

Donates a portion of sales to support underprivileged youth in Haiti. Vegan protein lentil loaf and platter! Also, it's right next to a pineapple dole whip/soft serve ice cream truck. Impact Island Cafe has smoothies, and the pineapple lemonade was amazing!

Great little food truck that is open often. The owners are sweet and accommodating. I've had every vegan option and they're all good.

Lots of yummy vegan options! - Edit
This food truck has a seperate vegan menu and the food is delicious!! We ordered the Cauli Chick'n Wrap and the Vegan Platter (Rice, Stir Fry Veggies, Curry Chickpea Stew, Fried Plantains) and the Mango Paradise Smoothie. They didn't make the vegan Mac that day but I'd love to go back and try it.

I got the Vegan platter and the tropical smoothie. The platter was diverse and everything tasted great. The plantains were the best I’ve had in a long time. The smoothie was amazing as expected. Customer service was 5*

Cute food truck with lots of vegan options. From pulled jackfruit to cauliflower bites or burger or a vegan platter. They also have lots of smoothies as well. Friendly atmosphere and owners are friendly and knowledgeable.
