Delicious noodles - Edit
Food truck mainly based in the Northeast of Italy. Fusion food such as noodles, a sort of sushi burger etc. They have desserts too.

I wanted to eat their food for so long, but could never go to any of the events they were.

I had the best noodles of my life, really loved the yaki udon with tempeh, mixed veggies and tahini-yogurt sauce. Also the noodles with tofu, veggies and peanut sauce were great, the tofu tasted like scrambled egg!
Also got an orsomisù, their version of vegan tiramisu, which still was the best vegan tiramisu I ever got!
Staff is kind, they got all biodegradable cutlery and dishes. Their menu sometimes changes, I suggest to check their facebook page for updates.
Pros: Noodles out of this world, biodegrable cutlery

Brilliant Street food, excellent Bear! - Edit
IlBruno is probably some of the best travelling asian food I have had, constantly. I have gone to Italy several times and found Bio and his van and haven't been let down one single time. Great food, fantastic chef and super reasonable price.
