Certainement la meilleure pizza que j'ai eu l'occasion de manger depuis très longtemps, avant même d'être végane. Véritable pâte, excellente, garnitures qualitatives, personnel adorable. Je conseille et j'y retournerai dès que l'occasion se présentera ! Merci 🍕

Sehr herzlicher, engagierter und hilfsbereiter Staff, die erkennbar mit Liebe und Passion bei der Sache sind. Wir wurden unglaublich freundlich begrüßt und willkommen geheißen. Schönes, dezentes Ambiente und ein Schmuckstück von einem Pizzaofen. Nicht übermäßig viele Sitzplätze, und der Laden scheint gut zu laufen. Wir hatten Glück und waren kurz nach Ladenöffnung vor Ort und konnten einen Zweiertisch ergattern. Nun zum Essen: Volle Punktzahl! Wir hatten die Pizzen Pompei und Capricciosa, beide wunderbar: Teig, Kruste, Konsistenz, Belag - es geht kaum besser! Dazu das einzige Bier auf der Karte, das lokale Schloss Beer (bio). Herrlich frisch und duftend, beginnt süß, dann ein herber, aromatischer Abgang. Große Klasse, wenn auch nicht unbedingt günstig ( 0,3 l 6€). Aber alles in allem klare Empfehlung! "Veganer/in, kommst du nach Straßburg - besuche das Il Vivaio!"

Une pizzeria végane ET bio, que demander de plus ? J'en ai mangé plusieurs fois, peu après l'ouverture et quelques mois plus tard. Elles sont plus garnies qu'avant pour le même prix, c'est un gros point positif. Là où à cause de cela j'étais dubitative au début je dis un grand oui : on a complètement l'impression de remanger de la vraie pizza avec du fromage et tout, c'est plein de saveurs et la pâte est en effet très bonne. Par contre à chaque fois elle êtait trop cuite voire carrément cramée par endroits, ce qui est embêtant et frustrant, ça réduit pas mal la part de pizza consommable sans risque cancérigène, bref, pas cool. Je croise les doigts pour une amélioration niveau cuisson et là ça sera VRAIMENT PARFAIT.

Pizzas are so good there! I ordered the Pompei one and would recommend it. The vegan cheese especially is so impressive. Plus, they're made with organic products and not too pricey.

The location is also good, close to Strasbourg train station.
I wish we could have such a nice vegan pizzeria in Paris (Il Vivaio tastes way better than Marcus).

The best vegan pizza I’ve ever had. Everything was perfect: the fluffy and high quality dough, the toppings, the presentation. The service and everyone working there were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome.
Read moreMy only regret is that the opening hours did not coincide with our stay in Strasbourg (it is closed on Sundays and Mondays - 2 out of the 3 days we were there). Otherwise we would eat there every day.
I honestly cannot wait to be in Strasbourg again and have the chance to taste this pizza.

Take the goat cheese one - Edit
We had the pompei and the goat cheese pizza. Afterwards we shared a dessert which was a mousse au chocolat today. Everything was really delicious. The staff was also kind and helpful.

Great little vegan pizza restaurant - Edit
We came here for dinner last night & we were really impressed. The pizzas - which range from €10-€17 - are very good with fluffy bases and high-quality toppings. We can particularly recommend the Americana and the Pompei, but everything on the menu sounded good. We also shared a yummy chocolate mousse. Throw in glass of wine each and the bill came to €48 which felt pretty good value. It's pretty small and was busy throughout our visit, so you may want to reserve a table to avoid disappointment.

Tou can choose out of around 15 different pizza. We ate a Calzone and a Flammkuchen. Both were really delicious. Furthermore, we drank the ginger beer. Best ginger beer I‘ve had so far. The restaurant is very clean, the staff is super friendly. Definitely a must-visit in Strasbourg.

We ate dinner on a Saturday evening - pizzas were delicious - I had a calzone which was just excellent- maybe best vegan pizza I’ve had - smoked vegan cheese and all ! Nice desserts as well. Service is friendly and restaurant bright and comfortable.

Avant même l'ouverture de l'établissement, l'équipe a prit le temps de répondre à mes questions par téléphone concernant les allergènes présents dans leurs produits. J'ai donc pu me rendre sur place pour rencontrer l'équipe, mais surtout pour goûter leur cusine. L'antipasti était très bon. Parmi le large choix de pizzas, j'ai goûté la Capricciosa, qui était excellente. Mention spéciale pour leur pâte, qui allie à merveille moelleux et croustillant. La mousse au chocolat, crémeuse, terminait parfaitement le repas. En tant que fan de boissons atypiques, leur infusion à la fleur de carotte et au basilic m'a ravie.
