Piatti gustosi con ingredienti di qualità. Siccome si sono posti il nobile obiettivo di un'alimentazione più sostenibile, anche attraverso ingredienti provenienti da piccole realtà locali, avrei inserito più opzioni vegane, a discapito di quelle vegetariane/onnivore. Nonostante ciò gli va riconosciuto già un buon impegno nella causa vegan: indicativamente ci sono un antipasto, due o tre primi, un secondo, alcune pizze e due dolci. Buona la possibilità di avere una mozzarella veg fatta in casa (personalmente però non l'ho assaggiata), e le pizze sono particolari e non la solita "vegetariana senza mozzarella"!😉il menu è molto chiaro e permette di identificare senza sforzo le portate vegan con dei pallini colorati. Insomma ci ritornerei sicuramente, sperando e confidando di trovare qualche piatto veg in più!

Read moreThe vegan mozzarella is homemade even though it lacks a little bit of taste and it does not taste like cheese at all. Despite this, I enjoyed my pizza.
The lemon tart was really good.
One thing I didn't like is that a server told us the cake of the day was vegan even though it wasn't... Luckily I checked the label at the counter.

We've been there before and weren't that impressed. But a lot seems to have changed since and for the better!
Read moreThere are a lot of vegan options on the menu and not only pizzas, which were what we had this time, so we'll be happy to come back some times to try something different.
I'm not a fan of the rice mozzarella, but with the other ingredients it was pretty good in the end even if still a bit too goopy for my taste.
The staff is very friendly and the quips on their' t-shirts were pretty witty and funny.
So it's very recommended!
Also I think the only place in town to have so clearly labelled and interesting vegan options!

Clearly labelled vegan dishes and vegan pizzas with homemade rice mozzarella. I had a pomegranate juice as an aperitif and the “chicca vegana” pizza, topped with homemade rice mozzarella, onions, grilled vegetables, mushrooms and nuts. Friendly staff, very nice venue.

The green pizza vegana wasn't available so we had the pizza called chicca vegana, which was loaded with fresh vegetable but didn't taste of much else.

One of the few restaurant in the area that explicitly offers vegan food. The place is beautiful, clean and there is a nice atmosphere.

You have a nice variety of vegan options to choose from, sadly the menu has nothing vegan for the second course. I had the “ortolana” pizza with vegan mozzarella and vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, aubergines and courgettes) and the “marinara” pizza (with tomato sauce, garlic and oregano). They were both very tasty, not the best pizza I have ever eaten but absolutely satisfying. The non-vegan mozzarella can be substituted with the vegan one (made by the chef) if you choose a pizza that is not originally vegan.
There is also a vegan dessert made with chocolate and fresh fruit and a sorbet. I’m looking forward to eating here again.
Uno dei pochi ristoranti della zona che offre delle opzioni vegane rivolgendosi esplicitamente ad una clientela vegana. Le opzioni vegane sono chiaramente indicate nel menù e c’è un’attenzione particolare alle esigenze specifiche dei clienti (il menù indica le opzioni senza glutine e tutti gli allergeni più comuni nei singoli piatti). Lo staff è competente, disponibile e gentile. Il ristorante utilizza ingredienti locali e biologici ed è fiero di proporre un impasto speciale per le pizze altamente digeribile (confermo).
A tutte le pizze la mozzarella non vegana può essere sostituita con mozzarella di riso fatta dallo chef. Il menù offre diverse opzioni vegane tra cui scegliere, ma zero secondi purtroppo. Io ho provato la pizza ortolana (con mozzarella di riso e pomodori, peperoni, melanzane e zucchine) e la classica marinara (ne ho mangiate di più saporite, ma anche questa non è stata affatto deludente). Le pizze erano sottili ma soddisfacenti. Non le migliori che io abbia mai mangiato, ma erano entrambe molto buone, specialmente l’ortolana.
Il menù offre anche un dessert vegano con cioccolato e frutta, oltre che un sorbetto.
Il posto ha un aspetto giovane, curato, pulito e molto piacevole alla vista.
Tornerò sicuramente a mangiare qui, consigliatissimo.

The quality of the ingredients is very good and you can tell while eating.
Staff is friendly and kind.

I've had the chickpeas and red turnips "cotoletta", which was really good. Pasta with almonds and seasonal vegetables is also amazing and vegan. All the vegan and vegetarian options are highlighted on the chart. The products are mostly organic. Crespelle with ricotta, zucchini and walnuts are great.
