The vegan options taste great! - Edit
When I visited the shop, they had three different vegan ice creams (pistachio stevia, hazelnut stevia and chocolate). We tested all of them and they were really good! But I think it‘s kinda sad they don‘t offer vegan fruit ice cream, just like strawberry and mango, wich is often a sorbet and automatically vegan. You can pay with card and cash and the prices are fair.

There were 3 vegan ice cream (the ones with Stevia: chocolate, almond and raspberries). All the sorbeto are also vegan. The chocolate and almond were delicious 😋

Unfortunately I haven't asked If the waffles are vegan. But I said that I'm a vegan so I assume that the waitress would've been noticed this If it wasn't so (you also can usw a cup, but I think that this is unneccessary waste... So I would prefer a vegetarian waffle...). Maybe you can ask this and write as comment :)
For the money you really get great portions.
So I really only can recommend this place!
In the happy cow app you will find the restaurant "La Riva" in Porec. This restaurant unfortunately has been closed dir about 2 years (Don't know the exact date).
This place ist now a "normal" pizzaria with cow-milk ice cream instead of vegan.
This makes the Il Gelato Salvatore to the only gelateria with vegan ice cream in town for now.
Pros: Verious vegan options, Great portions, Good prices
Cons: Not exclusively vegan (Look for the labels)

Ganz okay, eine vegane Schoko Sorte - Edit
Wie so bei Eisdielen mit veganer Auswahl: jedes Fruchteis ist vegan. Immerhin war Schokolade (mit Stevia, war auch die einzige Sorte mit einer Zuckeralternative) auch vegan. Dieses Eis fande ich sehr gut. Die Fruchtsorten waren auch lecker, teilweise interessante Mischungen (Zitrone, Orange und Karotte gemischt). Glutenfreie Waffel gab es ohne Aufpreis. Standardpreis 10Kn pro Kugel.
