Large variety of vegan sandwiches - Edit
As a big fan of Ike's Love and Sandwiches, I am excited anytime I can visit a new location and enjoy a new sandwich. When we pulled into the restaurant parking lot, we were worried about finding a place to park but luckily, there was a clearly labeled parking spot designated for Ike's pick up parking good for 30 minutes, so we parked there. Before entering the restaurant, I noticed signage on the door regarding mask wearing for customers as signage promoting vegetarian and vegan sandwich options.

I was excited to try a new vegan sandwich at this Ike's but was bummed when I saw a handmade sign near the register saying they were all out of vegan fried chicken.Despite the restaurant being out of vegan fried chicken, I was happy to still be able to order a vegan sandwich containing their vegan steak.
Since I love eating restaurant exclusive sandwiches, I ordered the "Eleanor is Gone" sandwich which contains vegan steak, Carson sauce (a combo of french dressing and honey mustard sauce) and provolone cheese. To make the sandwiche vegan, I substituted vegan cheese and had vegan dirty sauce instead of the Carson sauce. My sandwich was quickly prepared, hot, and delicious. I definitely plan to visit this location again next time I'm in the area and hopefully, vegan fried chicken will be available as a sandwich topping.
