If you're staying in the countryside here outside the bigger cities, finding vegan food in restaurants can be a bit of a struggle. If you happen to have access to a car, a day trip to Ikea is highly worthwhile, even if you don't want to buy any furniture. On the other hand, you always buy something at Ikea😄There is a cafe and a larger restaurant here. Both are counter-serve and have a great range of vegan dishes. I had the vegan hot dog before the shopping trip and, afterwards, the vegan meatballs with mash. Both were great. I also picked up a bag of frozen vegan hot dogs and meatballs to take home - useful, because our local supermarket is very small and has virtually no vegan goods.
