Tasty & Healthy

Fast casual healthy vegetarian restaurant on third floor of giant shopping mall. We had the Japanese Sesame Power Bowl and Herbal Rice bowl without egg and two juices, everything was delicious. Menu clearly labels which dishes have egg so you can order without. Huge menu where you order by number. Very filling and healthy plant-based food.

Pros: Many vegan options, Healthy Fresh Ingredients, Delicious Food

Cons: A little hard to find in the mall but worth it 🙂

Good Malaysian food

Had to wander around the 6th floor of the mall a bit to find it.

After reading the reviews saying that this place was "healthy" food, I was expecting salads and food without flavor. But the food here was normal, not healthier than anywhere else I ate. Rich curries, sweet drinks, it was just good Malaysian food.

We got the red curry and the lei cha noodles. The first was good, the latter didn't have much taste, except when I drank the lei cha curry directly, which I liked, but it didn't seem to stick to the veggies and noodles. I'd recommend skipping that.

Also got pumpkin barley drink, which I liked.

Ok - but without wow factor.

I love the idea of everything healthy here but the shopping mall doesn't fit this idea for me.
We got Bak Kut Teh Rice, Hokkaido Miso Ramen and Chee Cheong Fun noodles. The food was ok but not so savoury (more watery) as I would expect. It wasn't deep and rich enough.
Soup bowles were very big (I ate just half) and no space for dessert. I would prefer smaller and more cheap versions, cose it was quite pricy like for a lunch stop in a mall food court… But I would swallow the bill if the food would be great. It was just fine.

Pros: Good ingredients, Health indications

Cons: In a big shopping mall, Lack of deep taste

Healthy selection of Food

The first place in Penang that I found to genuinely care about people's health. Good selection of menu with clear description. Food is filling. On the slightly expensive side by local comparison; 25ringgit for a meal and a drink - but worth it.

Good, tasty and healthy

Oh what a place! Everything we tasted was really delicious. Small chillies in menu denote which foods are spicy (and they really are, so head for them if you like spicy and take something else if not). We ordered nyonya rendang hericrum chee cheong fun, a spicy curry with funny big soft rice noodles, bak kut teh rice, a mild but really tasty soup with lots of different mushrooms, lemongrass tea and dragonfruit konnyaku jelly dessert. The list is very good, explaining every dish and its ingredients in english as well, so you know what you are ordering. The setting in a big mall isn't as spectacular as the food - we had to listen to xmas pop all the time... ;)

Pros: delicious food, fresh tastes, no MSG, brown rice

Cons: shopping mall settings

Wholesome meal vs Traditional Vegetarian meal

Traditional scene of vegetarian cooking would contained industrial made freeze mock meats and the resource of it,the raw material-soy bean is claimed 93 percent are GMOs.
GM foods can create unpredictable, hard-to-detect side effects, including allergies, toxins, new diseases, infertility and nutritional problems.
Finally someone step up to really care what you eat..Sure to be come back again.
