Great only on weekends - Edit
They have good options, but they are only on the weekends. Most of the time, it seems like they do a simple fruit glaze, but sometimes it is something really fun. I really enjoyed the Zoolander.

Icon's vegan donuts are worthy of a road-trip! They offer two vegan flavors on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The flavors change from one week to the next. They often have really fun options like rhubarb glazed with apple pie filling, Boston cream filled, and berry.
Read moreI wish they still offered vegan donuts daily like they used to, and that they would be more consistent in posting about their current vegan options on Facebook. (Sometimes they share them, sometimes they don't.) Still, since Icon in Cedar Falls & Waterloo are currently the only place in Iowa to get fried, yeast raised vegan donuts, I'm grateful they exist!
Pros: Super fresh & bouncy, Creative flavors, Fried & yeast raised (Not baked!)
Cons: Only available Friday through Sunday, Not always easy to find the current flavors online

Unique Vegan Donuts - Edit
Icon always has at least two options for vegan donuts. The flavors rotate every week starting on Mondays. If you ever want to look up the weekly flavors ahead of time they're posted on their Instagram page. The flavors are always unique and interesting in comparison to most vegan donuts I've had. I have loved every single flavor I've tried from them. I highly recommend this place!

Sadly this is no longer the case. Called today (Monday morning) to be told they only make vegan now Fri Sat and Sunday and seems to be very limited number made :(

Wow! I love a donut with filling, which often isn’t available with vegan donuts. I wish I remembered the name of the donut I selected. It was huge, filled with yummy cream filling & amazingly delicious! The other option was a strawberry flavor & also look good.
