Great flavorful ice cream, quite expensive though - Edit
I love the dark chocolate and the raspberry ice cream. Especially together it’s such a great combination. Also tried the mango one, but wasn’t a fan. 2 scoops came to around 7 Leva (€3,50), which I feel is definitely on the pricier side, but a nice treat in the summer. I‘d recommend.
Read moreUpdate: I also tried the Cranberry elderflower ice cream, it’s even better than the raspberry one (which they recently didn’t seem to have anymore anyway when I was there). Lemon-lime is good too though personally I’m not a big fan of lemon. Dark chocolate is still my favorite and cranberry is definitely my second.

Delicious sorbet - Edit
I had the cranberry elderflower flavor, which was phenomenal — delicately balanced and subtle, and not as sweet as many sorbet flavors. It was truly one of the best flavors I’ve ever had. The staff member who helped me was very friendly, let me taste a couple of flavors before ordering, and spoke excellent English. There are several gelato places lining the pedestrian walk from a main road to the Sea Garden, and this was by far the busiest of them all on a hot and sunny day, which I think says it all really.

Few vegan options - Edit
I am really glad there is some vegan ice cream spot in Varna. They had vegan dark chocolate, vegan Fennel, vegan lime and some sorbets (I think 3). I got dark chocolate, lime and mango-pineapple and all of if was very yummy and refreshing.

This shop has some clearly labeled vegan options. I tried dark chocolate, lime and some combo of fennel and basil. Delicious! Also the staff was very friendo y and spoke good English. Be careful though, there was one “vegan” flavour with honey in it.

They have some nice selection of vegan ice creams and sorbets. I did try all of them, around 7 at the time. The green one with mint was the best for me.
