Serves meat, vegan options available. Buffet style cafe located in the Centro Commerciale Tuscia. Various vegan salad options to choose from including chick peas, faro, roasted & boiled vegetables, chicory, rice salads, bread, and pasta dishes. Open Mon-Sun 11:30-15:30.

Meal deal salad bar

Very pleased to find a small restaurant offering a good range of hot and cold vegan dishes in Viertbo. With a menu that offers the option to choose a plate with 3 different selections, there was at least 9 different vegan options available on the day of my visit. I ate a faro salad with olives and tomatoes, plus cooked chicory (really flavoursome!) and tasty mushrooms. This came with a bread roll but other drinks were available to buy separately . You have the option to have your plate served hot or cold. It was served on a cardboard plate that was recyclable along with wooden cutlery, but plastic cups given with the water. Perfect for a very quick and healthy meal and wonderful to see a conscious effort to be sustainable too. Not advertised as vegan, but staff were very accommodating when asked and spoke some English too.
