Few vegan options, but with kpop music ! - Edit
This restaurant serves korean food with vegan possibilities. It isn't clearly labelled on the menu, so If you're hesitating, you can ask the staff for vegan dishes recommendations. There was at least 3 dishes available if you take eggs off.

I love it - Edit
Everything tastes great. Each veggie is perfectly seasoned. The staff is very knowledgable and helps you choose vegan options. The "dumpling" are also vegan and are delicious !

Nice Korean street food with plenty veggie options - Edit
Hwaban is a newly Korean street food restaurant in Toulouse. It is well located, in Saint-Aubin neighborhood, surrounded by bars and other veggie restaurants. The staff is friendly and the restaurant has a large street terrace. In terms of food, they have many vegetarian options (labelled as such on the menu) but most of them are vegan and the few that are not can become so asking without the egg. Everything tasted like in Korea, from starters to bibimbaps. We shared a bunch of Banchan (kimchi, spinach, radish, etc.), two bao sandwiches with fried tofu and bibimbaps. Try the Jinju without the egg, it's perfectly balanced. Prices are pretty fair and the whole experience will move you back to Korea.

Cons: not 100% vegan
