Fantastic Pizza! - Edit
The Huntsman have a few interesting offerings, humous, olives, cheese bruschetta to start, Roasted Butternut Squash & Quinoa Salad and a Roasted Cauliflower steak as mains. Their chips (triple cooked or skinny fries) are marked vegan. When the server came to take my order, they firstly asked if I had any allergies (I also overheard them automatically ask this each time they took someone's order). When I said I was vegan, they said that they could also offer me a pizza with vegan cheese, which is what I opted for. When it came out, I was surprised as it looked like mozzarella... it was so creamy. Me, being 'that' vegan, I asked if I could see the packet that the cheese came in. The chef happily came out with a pack of Creamy SuperStraccia cheese, which is a plant-based cheese that is amazingly creamy. If you get the opportunity to visit, I'd definitely recommend coming here for the pizza alone!
