Good vegan options

We tried out Hunan when we realized that Yu Garden had closed. Although some online complain that there is take out only, it's not completely true. You order at the counter, and can still eat in their dining room. There was a wealth of vegan options for us, and the host was very knowledgeable about which of his dishes were vegan. We had Kung Pao with bean curd, Eggplant in garlic sauce, spring rolls, and sesame balls. Price was very reasonable. Entrees came with steamed rice.

Good Chinese Food in Taos

Around the corner from my folks place, it's their (non-vegan) favorite Chinese in town. A fairly standard selection of veg/n options all done well. Vegetable Entrees, Tofu Entrees. Beer & Wine all available.

Pros: Spicy, Cheap, Consistent

Cons: Standard limited options
