Disappointing - Edit

We were super exited to have a healthy meal here. Two raw and one hot dish.

There were multiple mistakes made. 4 mistakes on one table with 3 people and misinformation about allergies is pretty sad.

First we asked about: “Is falafel is 100% chickpeas?”. According to one colleague it is and and no wheat is used. Later we heard it was made with gluten. I believe falafel should always be without wheat, regardless of allergies.
We already paid and it was on our table.

Apparently extra gluten flour is used for the chick peas. You start to wonder how safe it is to eat there if you have a gluten intolerance kid with you.

Then we get a small fries in stead of a big one. They were cold too. So they replaced it nicely with hot big ones.

When we explained a falafel dish without falafel is kind of eating hummus only, we got the extra Israeli salad. Unfortunately I would not go back, as ingredients used for salad weren’t very tasty either.

We asked for mint tea or green with mint. And we got black tea... So that was replaced too.

Overall we got a look in the open kitchen and I would suggest the team started working as a team. Teach about what food is served and write down what you customers order.

Some cleaning and organizing before opening the next day.
I was glad later I saw the men starting to clean things up. But if Rob Geus from Smaakpolitie was here . I think they would’ve had to close for a day until it’s cleaned up Ad organized.

Pros: Good location , Menu looks good

Cons: Hygiene and keeping things cool, Serving the wrong meal , Don’t know what is in the dishes

Hummus options - Edit

Many types of hummus, I just think is kind of weird they don’t mix the tahine with it, but this is something easy to do lol. Laffa is huge and delicious. Price reasonable, love the area.

Pros: Pretty good laffa, Side salad fresh and delicious , Large variety and flavors of hummus
