Smoothies and more!!

So happy to find a smoothie and natural food store close to me in rural Arkansas!! My first visit was amazing! Awesome selection of hot foods, detox teas, herbs, and smoothies! I had the Eliminator with carrot added. AMAZING!! I will be returning for another on the next opening! Also purchased a half gallon of the detox tea. Amazing as well!! Bonus: the owner is very knowledgeable of herbs AND has an extensive medical background!! This location is right off of Interstate 40 in Forrest City, AR. No more having to commute an hour to a Memphis or Jonesboro for good food and smoothies! Forgot to mention, be sure to try the nutrition balls, an awesome to go snack of grains and more, excellent to snack on throughout the day, if it lasts that long! Check them out, you will not regret it!!

Pros: Good prices , Convenient location, Health conscious foods

Cons: No wifi, Can't give 5 star rating... definitely deserves it

Amazing!

I love the fruits and herbs that hummingbird hover uses for their medicinal smoothies, they really help get the inflammation off my joints! They have the most delicious quiche, tea cakes and protein/energy balls. The owner is such a breath of fresh air and will always greet you with a smile and friendly face! I love the hummingbird hover, I highly recommend this wonderful little shop for yummy fruit and medicinal smoothies!

Hummingbird light with my belly feeling right.

It's nice to eat a meal without feeling sluggish afterwards.
