Hands down I can’t stop by Gainesville without getting the vegan blt bagel with vegan cream cheese & a rosemary bagel 12/10 experience. Seriously one of my favorite meals! Also their vegan pizza options are delish and always hit the spot

My Go-To Place - Edit
This has quickly become my go to place for breakfast and lunch sandwiches! Great bagel options (salted rosemary, yum!) and a multitude of vegan sandwich choices. The vegan egg and cheese is absolutely decadent but if you want to just keep it simple, a bagel with their cashew cream cheese also hits the spot every time!

Delicious Bagel Sandwiches - Edit
We had the egg and cheese bagel sandwiches (mine was vegan with Just Egg, my husband was with real egg). The vegan sandwich came with tomato, vegan cheese and a vegan aioli. We added the mushroom “bacon”. OMG - it was awesome and I don’t like mushrooms. They were crunchy and added some extra flavor to the sandwich. Definitely try that when you go. The staff is awesome too. We grabbed coffee at Opus next door and sat on the picnic benches outside. So peaceful with families and dogs there enjoying the morning. We will definitely be back next time we are in town for a game.

If you can only visit one place in all of Gainesville you MUST visit here. Bagels that will wreck your entire world (because you will find yourself craving them every morning). The staff was INSANELY sweet, it was our first time there so they gave us extra sauces to try. My wife was so excited to order the second day she forgot to ask for the tempeh (which is fcking incredible btw!). We even took a few bagels and a tub of sauce home and tried to ration it as long as we could. ALSO there is an airstream in the same parking lot that sells such good coffee. Can’t wait to go back!!!

This place has so many great vegan options from Shittake “Bacon” Bagels to ones with vegan Just Egg and vegan cheese 😍 tried the SLT-Shiitake Lettuce Tomato Bagel and it was amazing :0 definitely a great and cute spot with plenty of options.

So many options - almost too many. Hurts the wallet but everything is so perfectly made. They have delicious mimosas too! The vegan egg and cheese (with tomato) on a biscuit or English muffin is my go-to. Everyone is super sweet too!

I loved my toasted sesame bagel with Just Egg, tomato, vegan cheese and aioli sauce! The preorder system works great and the outdoor setting has plenty of seating.

Too Many Good Options! - Edit
The only downside to Humble Wood is trying to decide which delicious thing to get. So naturally, I got three sandwiches. First, a classic Egg & Cheese on everything. They use commercial products - Just Egg and Follow Your Heart cheese. But the house made bagels make it a special sandwich. I also tried the McHumble - an egg sandwich with a hash brown pattie - on their “English muffin.” I put that in quotes because it was more like a hole-less bagel ha. The hash brown pattie is house made. Honestly it was a little dry. My third choice was the tempeh Reuben, which to my delight is served open-face. Haven’t eaten it yet as of this review but it looks and smells delicious. They ALSO have a vegan caprese, cashew cream cheese options, hummus, a vegan lox - I’ll be back next time I’m in town!
