Ask for the Veg Menu

They have a separate menu with veggie/ vegan options. I had the most delicious fennel fritters with balsamic roasted Brussel sprouts and charred scallion sauce. Really fantastic.

A few well done vegan items at upscale resort restaurant

Staying at the Wailea Beach Resort, there really weren't a lot of vegan options. So we were relieved to find that Humble Kitchin onsite could accommodate us. While initially we weren't impressed by the small number of items to choose from, we really enjoyed our food.

We ordered off the vegetarian menu and had things customized to be vegan. They additionally made us a vegan sushi roll. Here is the current veg menu:
