I love this place! - Edit
Let them know when you arrive that you are vegan and they’ll give you yellow bowls! This lets the cook know to clean the grill before putting your food on and to use clean spatulas to prepare your meal. Everything else is up to you! Do your homework before you arrive so you know what ingredients and sauces are vegan. You’re in for a real treat!

Cons: Seriously? I think they have it covered!

Needs improvemet - Edit
They have a decent selection of vegetables. The problem comes in the cooking of the items. The grills are not as hot as other Mongolian grills I've visited. Therefore, you end up with more of a warm salad than a hot stir fry

Cons: Costly, grill not hot enough, restaurant is cold

So many different combos - Edit
I love going here because there are so many different combinations of ingredients that I can choose from. I like taking family here because they can get what they want and I can have tons of options. It’s a great compromise for everyone.

Love it - Edit
5 stars (HC deducts one due to restaurant serving non veg options, but this place is better than plenty of all vegan places!). Ask for the yellow bowl when ordering (tell them you're veg). They'll then use dedicated spatulas and clean a spot for you on the grill. They have a lot of great vegan ingredients and you pick out every component yourself. This means that you'll know it is vegan and, if you are a decent cook, you'll get a great tasting fully personalized meal. As a bonus you can be amused/disheartened by how many people walk past 100 ingredients and end up with only plain noodles, sausage, and oil in their bowl!
Read moreHere's what is vegan:
Soups/Salads: None of them
Desserts: None of them
Appetizers: Spring Rolls appear to be vegan
Noodles/Rice: Pad Thai Noodles, Yakisoba Noodles, White Rice, (Chinese Noodles have Egg!)
Proteins: Tofu
Vegetables: All are and there are tons of them, from chickpeas, bok choy, everything in between.
Veg Sauces (unsure if any of the following contain honey):
Burn Your Village BBQ, Feed the Hordes Hoisin, Khan's Revenge, Mongol Mustard, Not-So-Sweet and Sour, Samurai Teriyaki, and all the kinda obvious simple sauces at the end (like garlic broth, chili oil, soy sauce, etc).

has potential - Edit
I went to this place twice and think it’s got the potential to be a really good veg*n spot. Aside from some undercooked rice on my second trip, my food was enjoyable. However you MUST let them know that you do not want your food cooked on the same grill not with the same spatulas that they are using on the flesh foods. They will accommodate you but you have to request this or they will go back and forth cooking your food and the flesh foods of someone else’s order.
