Hotel Restaurant half board hiking expierience

We paid 65 Euro per person per night, including halfboard and breakfast. While booking we notified the hotel staff that we're vegan. They accomodated us in a nice room facing the river. We had freshly prepared vegan dishes every night. There were other guests with halfboard, which had meat options. Also the restaurant was frequented by passerbys every evening, they ordered ala card. With what we could see there were vegan options presnet as well. For breakfast we had an assortment of dairy free cheese, vegan sausages, and even almond and haver milk.

Pros: excellent food, good value, friendly staff

Cons: had to choose a time to have dinner every morning, only some local vines were vegan, probably feather bed
