The food was really beautiful and tasty, and the space was nice. The menu has been updated since the last review here and there are no longer hamburgers available, but there are still some clearly labeled vegan options. Only one of the pastries was vegan but they said they were in the process of updating their menu to offer more.

Stayed at this hotel during pride week in Amsterdam and the restaurant had a lot of vegan options. I really enjoyed the breakfast bun with spicy salty mushrooms in a delicious sauce. The lunch menu didn’t have the vegan burger and chips but the chef was able to accommodate us there was also a salad option available but sometimes you’ve really got to have a burger! Great service. The terrace was lovely perfect for a sunny day and even in the downstairs coffee bar stock non-dairy milks for coffee.
