Hot Pot is always an experience 🔥 You can choose between mushroom and tomato broth and then you have lots of vegetables, mushrooms, tofu variations, and so forth to cook and eat. Most of the sauces are also vegan (Sesame, Peanut, Soy, ...).
Read moreIt's located close to the main train station. The atmosphere is as you would expect it from such a restaurant, busy and sociable, but in a positive way. It seems to be popular especially in winter and the guests are very diverse in their look, that felt good! Staff was very friendly.
One downside is that tons of meat are offered and consumed by other guests.

You can make your own hot pot starting from broth (tomato or mushrooms)
Read moreAnd add every possible sause (almost everything is vegan except fish sauce) and then add proteins and veggies.
Wide choice of vegan options ( fried tofu, tofu skin, silk tofu, noodles, gnocchi, enoki mushrooms, broccoli, gyoza, kale … )
