Totally straightforward to order vegan, and they also got my request to leave out peppers right, which is usually hit and miss, and were happy to add vegan duck to one of the dishes (with price adjustment, of course).

We were on holiday in the area and I had seen some reviews that they did vegan food.

The best Chinese food we have had and the best customer service.
The knowledge of the staff was absolutely amazing, they told me they can veganise any dish that was denoted as being veggie on the menu.
The chef came out to speak to us and it was so refreshing.
I am a wheelchair user aswell and staff came and opened the door, then opened up the hatch so they could speak to me and so I wasn’t having to stretch or feeling like I was being spoken down too.
Loved it. I wish I lived closer as I would be a regular customer

Amazing vegan options here, sadly not many are listed on the menu though. But talk to them; they really get veganism and can veganise most things. They have vegan chicken and duck. Highly recommend the deep fried mushroom balls!

Great vegan options! - Edit
Found this place via happy cow so decided to check it out! They offer a fully vegan set meal option, we opted to get some bits off of the menu instead, they were happy to change some things around for us to make things vegan! And gave free popadoms instead of prawn crackers. Lovely food and lovely staff!

The menu is huge and there are many options. Staff are knowledgeable and understand the vegan diet. Many dishes can be veganised.
