Gran sorpresa en una zona de carnes. Tienen una carta mayoritariamente vegetariana y vegana, todo riquísimo y con muy buena atención. El entorno es precioso.

Es el único sitio que presenta alguna opción vegana en Gredos, el personal es encantador y la comida está de 10. Conocen el producto vegano y eso se nota. Nosotros comimos de tapas, y el falafel, la hamburguesa y el bizcocho casero están buenisimos. Además, el hotel y el entorno tienen mucho encanto y es muy barato.

Absolutely and unexpectedly delicious - Edit
We arrived late at night and we thought it would be very hard to find a place to eat something anywhere around Gredos or Ávila since the traditional cuisine is full of animal products. What a surprise it was when we found out that at the very own Hostal where we were staying they served a wide variety of homemade tasty vegan food both in the tapas menu and the menu of the restaurant. We tried the vegetable pie (they bake it in the moment) and the vegan homemade burger for tapas. The next day we had dinner in the restaurant and it was absolutely delicious, we tried the apple and nuts salad, the caramelized artichokes, and the vegetable Mille feuille. We will definitely come back! Also, the location of the Hostal is beautiful and you can take your tapas and go eat them in the gardens, next to a forest. Stunning. They also do birdwatching and have some birdwatching cabins for nature lovers! 100%recommended
