Distillery with vegan options

Very surprised to find a vegan rum and raisin cheesecake (super yummy!!!) along with a salad option. Went on the distillery tour and asked about their processing which is vegan friendly for their spirits as it uses charcoal made from mahogany and paper products in their distillation. A must try! Wishing there were more vegan options though.

Pros: Vegan cheesecake , Vegan friendly alcohol , Did I mention the vegan cheesecake?
