Minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 8 (can be shared with others if less) or Mon-Thu can have it exclusively for dinner and also Sat. & Sun.) Menus may vary according to availability and season. Just a few examples are a welcome aperitif, appetizers such as aubergine roll with almond ricotta, capers & tomato sauce. First course of tortellini with red turnip, soy ricotta, roasted hazelnuts and lemon scent on cashew cream and basil dressing. Second course of ancient grain cannolo with legume mousse on a cream of carrots with coconut & lemon. Red onion from Romagna and confit tomatoes. Sweets such as cheesecake with chocolate & coconut, dark chocolate scales, pistachio granella and pistachio glaze.
