Abundance bowl is a must try!

Gorgeous little cafe in Hampton, acai bowls, cold press juices, toasties, bowls and coffee, slices. I had the abundance bowl and it was delicious, very generous size and everything is flavored and cooked perfectly. $25, but I felt it was definitely worth it.

Tasty but overpriced

Thoughtfully designed meals made with fresh healthy ingredients. The portion sizes are on the small side though and the prices for the smoothies especially are ridiculous. Would go as a rare treat!

Pros: Healthy, tasty, fresh

Cons: Overpriced

Lots of fresh and raw options

Delicious food, although pretty pricey. Great smoothies and raw deserts. I also love their winter abundance bowl in the colder months.

Pros: Healthy, light meals, Delicious raw deserts, Fresh ingredients

Cons: Expensive

Good food

Cute place with good vegan options but quite pricey especially smoothies and smoothie bowls for their size!

Caters for all!

Went here for lunch to give it a go. Several vegan options available and they provided some very delicious warm meals. They offer a number of "health bowels" and smoothies but being winter we opted for some warm more harty meals. Portion sizes were small-ish for the price and very oily! But very yummy they have this very creative and yummy vegan pesto that I really liked. Also caters for raw, meat eaters as it has chicken on the menu, gluten free and fructose free.

Pros: good tasting food, several vegan options

Cons: expensive, oily meals
