Lovely food, lovely staff - Edit
Had an excellent meal at Holt's cafe. Unfortunately the vegan menu was being reprinted so not sure if there would have been more options but definitely enough on the normal menu.
Read moreMoroccan hummus sandwich & the korma vegetable noodles were our mains. Couldn't fault! The carrot cake and devils chocolate cake were also lovely but ate too quickly to take a picture 🤣
Staff were attentive, kind and very helpful.
P.s would have liked to see vegan nacho option

Cherry tart! - Edit
More exciting for vegans than we'd expected from reading the description and reviews! There's a whole separate vegan menu with lots of choices. We had coffee and a cherry tart, the tart was so amazing we came back for sausage rolls (really good as well!) and more cherry tart for a picnic the next day. Looks like they do exciting vegan hot chocolate with raw cacao nibs, various milkshakes, breakfasts, and more.

Cute place and very good food - Edit
On a dreadfully dreary, rainy day I stumbled upon this place for an afternoon snack. I had a vegan tart with vegan custard - very good, the fruit was fresh and overall not too sweet. Inside the place feels very at ease, the staff friendly. Hard to believe it is not a vegan only place when one takes in the atmosphere... it just has that more progressive, natural feel that I like.

My go to place when I fancy lunch out. The superfood grain bowl is lovely with a choice of avacado or tofu topping. Have a vegan menu and a vegan daily special. The vegan sausage rolls are way too nice as are the vegan cakes! Great place.
