Tasty vegan options inside Hollywood studios - Edit
It was hard to find any healthy vegan food inside Disney including my hotel! But this restaurant had a decent chorizo flavoured mushroom croquettes and vegan cottage pie which was very tasty. Most places inside the park, fries counted as the vegan option….

1 appetizer, 1 entrée - Edit
There is a mushroom croquette vegan appetizer, just three mushrooms. Shepherds pie is the only vegan entrée. Not the best. We also asked for the brussel sprouts to be made without meat, but they were nearly raw. Wished we would have eaten outside the park.

Decent option, good food - Edit
The vegan options here were very good, our server was kind enough to provide vegan alternatives to the bread service and the starters, and other dishes were ordered vegan as is. Everything very tasty, and overall a great experience.

Lovely food - Edit
Currently, the vegan main is a tomato risotto which was delicious with some eggplant fritters which are really nice. The rolls are vegan without butter. I only ordered the main but they do have a soup that seemed to be a big enough portion and a chocolate cashew cake.

The Eggplant Risotto is amazing - Edit
Brown Derby is one of the best restaurants in Hollywood Studios for omnis, for vegans it only has a few options unfortunately. The staff is incredible and was very accommodating, bringing vegan butter for the bread and pointing out vegan options and modifications. However they don't have many vegan options. But the eggplant risotto is amazing. They used to have a meatless meatloaf that was great as well but unfortunately that has been taken off the menu.

This new entree is sinfully good! - Edit
The vegan options tasted just as good or better than their traditional options. The problem is that there are not many options.

Great food, few options - Edit
I had the wild mushroom risotto and it was amazing!! I am not even a huge mushroom fan. The bread was vegan and I was given vegan butter for it. Also tried the chocolate coconut cake dessert. It was ok. A bit dry. There weren’t many options but the food was delicious

Top-Notch Food, Little Options - Edit
I want to give Brown Derby four stars, as the food I had was delicious. But with only two options, and one of those options not even being properly labeled on the allergy menu, I had to go down a star.
Read moreI had the “Super Salad of the Stars” which must be a newer item, as I have never seen this on any vegan sites. The allergy menu had it marked as egg-allergy friendly but not milk. I asked my server how it could be modified to rid the dairy and make it vegan. Though when he asked the chef, the chef ensured him it was vegan as-is. But I got the dressing on the side just to be safe, ended up not using it (I liked the flavors without), and was okay!
The rolls here are also vegan and I was given a plate of olive oil instead of butter. The other vegan entree is a vegetarian pho with tofu spring rolls. But on a summer day, I opted out of choosing a hot soup.
Pros: Delicious food , Accommodating staff
Cons: Little vegan options , Expensive

Don’t listen to the other reviewer - Edit
There are at least 2 fully vegan options readily on the menu, plus a few things you can easily modify to make completely vegan. I got the curried butternut squash soup, which is made with coconut milk (it was delicious and the perfect size for a small lunch to leave room for other snacks throughout the day at the park). The waitress went back and forth to the chef to ask about several items on the menu and was very helpful. The regular rolls they offer are vegan so long as you don’t have it with the butter they’re served with, and my waitress also brought me their allergen-friendly rolls just in case.
Read moreAt Disney World, especially in full table service restaurants, you will find that the chefs are very accommodating to everyone and will take the time to make sure you enjoy your vegan meal. They may even create a meal for you that resembles nothing on the menu.
Pros: Lots of vegan options, Helpful cast members, Delicious food
Cons: Expensive

Nothing vegan - Edit
Despite the description in this listing, there is nothing vegan on the menu. As per the bellhop looking lady at the front desk.
