These guys were sort of pioneers in introducing the concept of specialty coffee in Madrid. They have some food that is suitable for vegans (toasts, both savory & sweet) and if you're lucky you may come on a day where they have a vegan sandwich on the menu. The day I went they had a VEGAN CORNED BEEF sandwich!!!!!!! I had never tried corned beef (vegan or not) in my entire life xD. It was delicious. Gets super crowded on the weekends however!
