Really great Mexican food! - Edit
I wish I had time to try more menu items, because the chilaquiles I had were good enough to know everything will be just as tasty. The food presentation was beautiful, too, and the restaurant and patio have a clean, calm, fresh vibe with Mexican music playing.

Beautiful Burritos - Edit
This is a great little spot, while a previous review said it fits few there is seating further in for 20-ish. There’s a good selection of vegan burritos everything was delicious. We especially loved the chorizo.
Read moreWhile the burritos aren’t huge, by the end of the meal we were both perfectly satisfied. Overall, an excellent brunch spot.

THE BESTEST - Edit
THIS IS THE BEST PLACE EVER. We absolutely love this place. We go waayy too often. The owner already recognizes us 😅 staff is so friendly. Food is top notch. El Beso del Chorizo is fully vegan. The Farmers Burrito is also delicious, you can easily substitute the egg for tofu. Chips and salsa..mmmmmm. the bean puree is a personal fave. Small menu but each item packs serious flavor - we basically live there at this point.

Good vegan burritos - Edit
We got the El Beso de Chorizo and the breakfast burrito with tofu scramble. They were both tasty.
Read moreWe were expecting the burritos the be larger than they were, especially with menu descriptions that say "rolled enticingly thick" but in the end, they were filling.
We might be back for special occasions, but definitely not as regulars. We can get two burritos at Pete's for the price of one of these.
Pros: Burritos easily modified to be vegan
Cons: Expensive for what you get

Yummy Burritos - Edit
Hoja has several burritos to choose from that can be made vegan and other items. It’s a bit pricey but I enjoyed the food! I had their vegan special “Un Beso de Chorizo” and it was yummy.

Cute and healthy little cafe - Edit
Hoja Denver is a very nicely designed small restaurant (like maybe 10 seats?) that offers many delicious and healthy options. I have been back a few times and usually get the breakfast burrito, which is really tasty. I've also had the jackfruit chorizo quesadilla (no meat). The food is always really fresh and interior of the cafe is really stylish and cute. The prices are also pretty reasonable for a Denver cafe near Pearl. The only bad thing I can really say is they close early so you can't go for dinner, just breakfast and lunch.

Hoja is small, but inviting! - Edit
I love Hoja! It’s small, only a few tables inside, but the vegan options are so great. The patio out back is nice and dog friendly!! The freshest tasting breakfast burrito with jackfruit, quesadilla with v cheese!! and even chilaquiles made vegan. Their menu is small to begin with, but more than one option is a plus in my book!
