Decent tofu scramble - Edit
This restaurant had a great interior design that reminded me of a vintage diner. They have one vegan breakfast option, but it’s not listed as vegan. The server wasn’t sure if it was fully vegan and had to check. There are a good amount of vegetarian options on the menu which is nice. The vegan option is a tofu scramble that was decent, but nothing amazing. The home fries are also vegan. Overall, it was decent but nothing spectacular.

Good food hard parking - Edit
Tofu scramble was good maybe a little too much turmeric. Large portions so a good deal. Had enough for two meals. They had soy milk to sub, which was nice! Parking was tough but we parked in the hotel lot behind though there was a tow sign so do at your own risk. We were there for almost two hours without a problem.

The dining facility was super comfy and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and quick service. The food was excellent. I wish they had more vegan breakfast options but loved the tofu scramble! Will definitely be back for lunch sometime.

A couple of vegan options - Edit
Hobee’s has quite a few vegan options on their menu, but none that I am a huge fan of. Personally I don’t like tofu but I’ve heard from others that their tofu scramble is pretty good, so that might be worth a try. The restaurant is a good option if you have nonvegan family though and you want to eat somewhere together.

The tofu scramble is good, and they'll put different veggies in it if you ask. I really like their ice tea with cinnamon and orange flavor.
