Charging double for foreigners - Edit
I almost never give negative reviews. To be honest I think this is the second. I really don't like thieves. The lady who runs/ owns this little vegetarian restaurant is sadly one of them. The com chay I choose looks to be a cost of around 20.000 Dong. Max 25.000. I was charged 40,000. I know it's not much, but it's the principle of it. Double charging a foreigner. Just not right.

I do not recommend visiting this dive.
