Excellent Indian Food

This is one of my favorite Indian restaurants. It has way more vegan options that many others do.

I'll definitely be back to try all the vegan options.

Amazing Indian food!

I ate here 3 days in a row! It's that good! Try their spinach pakoras and veggie samosas! I'm thinking about the mango margaritas right now! Their aloo saag is the best I've ever had. Go!

Pros: Lots of amazing Vegan options. Mango Margs 🍹

Drool Worthy Indian Food

Wow this is some of the best vegan Indian dishes we've had. Shocked it dosent have more reviews. Ordered takeout from here three times now, and basically order the same thing. Clearly understands veganism and good labels, most items can be substituted with coconut milk.

Must try the Saag Chloe and Baingan Bharta, amazing. The veggie momos are great too. The channa masala is good but not amazing. P.s hot is HOT.

Vegan Indian buffet night!

Himchuli is a great little Indian restaurant located in the Highlands neighborhood of Denver. They have the typical range of vegetarian north Indian options and will make any of them vegan upon request. Best of all is that they have vegan buffet night once a month. Definitely make reservations because it is popular! I would say that the service is disorganized. It's a small crowded restaurant and it never seems clear who your server is. A couple times I've gotten my drink half way through the meal and twice have been left waiting for quite a while even though I had a reservation. Sometimes they have live music which in my opinion is too much for the small crowded place. Still, it's yummy vegan Indian food!

Pros: vegan Indian dishes, vegan buffet night once a mon

Cons: disorganized service
