Spectacular kitchen staff - Edit
While the bistro doesn’t have any dedicated vegan options on their menu (as of 2023 at least) if you give their kitchen staff notice, they’ve put together some of the most amazing vegan food I’ve had. Chef Evan and his team are incredible and seem to have a lot of fun coming up with creative dishes suitable for vegans! This means a vegan appie, entree and dessert - not just a salad sans cheese or pasta with oil.
Read moreToday we had a “foie gras” made of cashews with brioche, a mushroom tart with beets and apple “caviar” and an entire dessert board, which included several types of chocolates and other goodies.
If you’re able to plan ahead and ask the kitchen for a vegan meal I know you won’t leave disappointed!
